Sessions can take place in person in Amsterdam or online, both nationally and internationally, depending on your preference.
The practice is located in a peaceful area on the west side of central Amsterdam, across from Prinseneiland. Parking is available nearby, and the walk from Central Station takes about 15 minutes.
Sessions usually last around 90 minutes.

Background & Professional Standards
I am trained in Integrative Psychotherapy and certified as a hypnotherapist, registered with the NBVH (Dutch Association of Hypnotherapists).
This membership ensures professional quality and ethical practice.

Fees
Individual therapy: €100 per hour
The standard fee for a 90-minute session is €150.
I value making this work accessible to everyone who feels called to it.
If your current situation requires financial flexibility, it’s possible to adjust the contribution — up to 70% reduction if needed — so that the amount feels balanced for both your circumstances and the value of the session.
This approach is based on trust and reciprocity: you determine what is feasible, and together we honor both the worth of the work and the flow of giving and receiving.
In case of an absolute minimum income
E 30 for a 60 minutes session.
Couples sessions: €160 per hour
Burnout prevention program: 6 sessions of 60 minutes for €600

Insurance & Reimbursement
I’ve chosen to no longer work with health insurance contracts.
When I began this practice more than a decade ago, reimbursements covered about €80 per session. That amount has since been reduced to roughly €40 — while the administrative demands on therapists have only grown.
Since hypnotherapy and EMDR are evidence-based and effective methods that support real change, I believe their value should not be diminished by bureaucratic systems.
If you would still like to receive the equivalent of that €40 reimbursement, I offer a €40 reduction on my standard rate — keeping it financially the same for you, while freeing us both from the limitations of insurance structures.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.
Cancellations made later than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged in full.
Payment term: 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
